Curb Appeal
Start with the exterior of your home, also called your curb appeal. Examine the outside of your home from a street view. What jumps out at you? What great features seem hidden?
Knowing this assists us in deciding what measures we can take to entice buyers from the street and into your house. If your home's exterior isn't inviting with refreshed paint and blooming garden plants we'll need to address those issues. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and add dollars to your house's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Does your house seem to say, "This is Your New Home" to a buyer? Touring your property from a buyer's perspective, I'll advise you of changes that enhance Open House appeal.
I'll advise you reduce the effect of pieces that give the appearance of clutter. Surface areas like tables, desks and counters should be free and clear. Knickknacks, souvenirs, family photos, and play time works of art should get moved out of sight. We'll de-clutter your house. Unattractive or busy spots make your home seem less spacious and buyers have a harder time picturing themselves living there.
Every area gets a once-over. Enhancements that directly affect your bottom line include fixable like furniture pieces that should be removed, rooms that need new paint, carpet that needs steaming, fixtures that need polishing, and windows that need cleaning.
We'll make sure your house is likable and that it's welcoming, avoiding "offensive" or "can't-work-with" colors on the walls and furniture. And if none of your belongings are there, you can consider renting furnishings. You want your home to look lived in as opposed to uninhabited.
